Once subscribed to our service, and either connected your vehicle (if you have a compaptiable vehicle)
or received your smart plug (if you don't have a compatible vehicle), and set it up you can enter your data below:
Enter the email address and password you subscribed with
(for those using a smart plug
make sure the email and password are the same as Meross Plug account email and password).
If you have forgotten your password, or got your email and password here out of line with your Meross email and password
you can resubscribe or reset password on the subcribe page.
If you aren't charging, and use a plug, then leave you plug turned on, this avoids the plug app forgetting your account .
Just enter a 0 power target to keep the plug from turning on the charger if you aren't using it.
