Once subscribed to our service, and received your smart plug and set it up you can enter your data below:

Enter the email address and password you subscribed with (and same as Meross Plug account email and password).

If you have forgotten your password, or got your email and password here out of line with your Meross email and password
you can resubscribe or reset password on the subcribe page.

If you aren't charging, leave you plug turned on, this avoids the plug app forgetting your account .
Just enter a 0 power target to keep the plug from turning on the charger if you aren't using it.

(Note this is a set and forget process. Your data will be rolled over for tomorrow, until updated.
Also note that if you enter a time in the past it will assume you want to start tomorrow.)

Start time

Choose a Start Time (local time, e.g. 09:00):

Choose a Stop Time (hours from start):

Allow as much time for charging as you reasonably can.

Choose an Aggressiveness Factor (more aggressive will favour certainty of charging over least cost):
Choose Target Energy (how many kWh you want to charge):
